Heat Pump Hot Water System
A ground mounted system that still can gather hot water from the outside ambient air.
Before installing a heat pump system, there is a few things to consider;
(a) The heat pump can be positioned in the warmest and sunniest location.
(b) There is enough empty space around the heat pump to allow adequate air flow.
(c) There is access to the system for installation and ongoing maintenance - they have a larger footprint than most ground storage systems.
(d) There is at least 1.2 m clearance from bedroom windows to minimize the effects of the noise generated by the heat pump.
(e) Fully read individual manufacturers instructions on ventilation and space requirements.
